UK - Trading standards really need to up there service, company’s should not be allowed by law to trade if they can’t provide goods what they offer
So many upset customers
Bought a rebounder as present for child over Christmas. Was missing a part. Have not been able to contact company by phone since. Also emails not replied to.

Useless company. Ordered an egg chair back in January for june delivery. A long time but I'll wait. It's not arrived. They never answer the phone. Dont answer emails and the online chat said it was for sales and couldn't deal with existing orders. Stay well away. Dont know if I'll see my money again. You've been warned
Awful....ordered a parasol on 9th April which was due for delivery by latest 16th April. It's still not arrived, I've now been told it will be July. It takes forever to get a response from anyone in the company. Very very disappointed.
Ordered a Hot Tub which arrived quickly and was very pleased with the quality of it, however after a few days it started to leak, I contacted NWS who sent a new liner out, but when this arrived it would not zip onto the outer liner, they then sent a new outer liner out and promised to refund if the new outer liner did not sort the problem. All good so far, and apart from being unable to actually speak to someone at NWS on the telephone and having to communicate all this via email, overall I would say the company was very helpful and has good customer care but they need more staff to man the phone lines as waiting for email responses is very frustrating.
ordered a cantilever umbrella, then read the feedback and thought I should have done that first!
However, I have had an excellent experience. Item arrived within a few days after I had checked if the umbrella had arrived in stock as the lady said it would and was advised that it had arrived but the cover was still awaited.I was given the choice of having the umbrella sent immediately with the cover to follow when it arrived or both sent when the cover arrived. I chose the former and had the umbrella in a couple of days. Excellent, strong item and I am very pleased with it and the service. Cover came two days later so I can only give this company full marks and would certainly not be put off by the negative feedback posted. Everyone entitled to their own opinions!! Would certainly buy here again.
A follow up to my first post, my bank gave me the refund and chased Networld up for it. 3 months later and my 2nd only reply from them in email that I am being refunded and cancelling the order I made in December!!!
The owner of the company is young multi millionaire, no surprise but what I am surprised at is that this scam company haven't been investigated already. Ripping people off!! Going by the amount of reviews on here where people paid for goods not received and then to have barely any communication from Networld. Someone please investigate this company. The worst one I've ever dealt with. Claim the money from your banks like I did and go from there.

Before making a purchase I read the reviews and I am very glad I did. I wanted to check the item I was ordering was in stock and after waiting on hold for 1hour 37minute the person on the other end said "hello...hello" and hung up. It's fair to say I will not be making an order and I will look elsewhere.

Box busted in shipping. Couple of parts missing. Called customer service, told them what was missing, not expecting it to make before Christmas but it did. There customer service was great and that alone will keep me coming back.
Great product combined with excellent customer service. I ordered a goal for my grandsons in good time for Christmas and it arrived really quickly. My son found a small problem with one of the parts during assembly so I emailed the company and they phoned me back immediately. Replacement part was posted out directly to my son and he received it the next day. Thank you Net World Sports.
The cost of the hot tub I wanted to order went up right before Christmas. Spoke to Sophie L who sent me a discount code and was extremely helpful. Couldn’t be more grateful and super surprised at how accommodating she was!! Thank you so so much x
